GENERAL INFORMATION
Respyrénées is a family agency specialising in walking tours in the Pyrenees (particularly in the Basque Country and along the GR10). We offer tours that reflect who we are, with a variety of activities: walking, cycling, snowshoeing and trail running
Whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, with friends or with family, find the tour that suits you best: guided hikes, self-guided hikes or even tailor-made trips.

BEFORE YOUR STAY
Guided walking | You will join a group of 4 and 15 people, depending on the dates agreed in advance. The hike is led by a certified guide specializing in the Pyrenees, who will share their knowledge with you. Choosing a group hike also means embracing the spirit of togetherness: you’ll follow the guide and keep in step with the group in a friendly atmosphere. During these trips, we take care of booking accommodation and meals, as well as transporting luggage where necessary. | |
Self-guided hike | You travel alone (see FAQ: I want to travel alone) or with your friends and family, on the date of your choice. Without a guide, you walk at your own pace and explore the routes at your leisure using IGN maps, a GPS app, GPS tracks (on request) and a topo guide provided before your departure. As a guided tour, we’ll take care of booking your accommodations and the transport of your luggage, which you’ll find waiting for you every evening (depending on the option you’ve chosen). During your hike, our support team is available to answer any questions you may have and, if necessary, provide useful advice to ensure your trip goes well. |
DURING YOUR STAY
Dès que vous aurez payé le solde de votre réservation, vous recevrez votre convocation par mail mentionnant votre lieu de rendez-vous ainsi que les contacts nécessaires.
Pour les formules en liberté : votre recevrez en plus le planning du séjour avec la liste des hébergements et transporteurs, le roadbook PDF et l'accès au parcours sur notre application GPS.
Nous vous enverrons ensuite par courrier votre dossier de voyage papier : cartes IGN du parcours, roadbook papier, planning du séjour, étiquettes bagages.
Remarque : Pour les clients étrangers, l'envoi du dossier de voyage s'effectue au 1er hébergement du séjour.
AFTER YOUR STAY
Une fois votre séjour terminé, vous recevrez un mail vous invitant à nous communiquer vos impressions et vos remarques éventuelles. Votre satisfaction étant au cœur de nos priorités, vos retours nous permettent d’améliorer constamment la qualité de nos séjours (suivi d’inscription, la relation avec votre conseiller, vos documents de voyage, votre guide, le programme, les hébergements, l’itinéraire, etc…).
Vous pouvez également déposer un avis directement sur notre site en vous rendant sur le séjour concerné dans l’encart situé en bas de page : « Ecrire un avis ». Il vous suffit alors de noter votre séjour sur une échelle de 1 à 5 étoiles et de nous laisser vos impressions.
Remarque : Tous nos avis proviennent uniquement de personnes ayant déjà voyagé avec Respyrénées.
