To prepare for the season as it should be !
This weekend, we held our traditional annual pre-season get-together with our mountain leaders in the heart of the Gavarnie valley.
This event was the ideal opportunity for us to look back on the highlights of the past season and to look forward together to the next.
It was an important opportunity for us to exchange ideas so that we can accompany our hikers in the best possible conditions, because the quality of our guided tours also depends on the expertise of our local teams. At Respyrénées, each guide is chosen for his or her experience, knowledge of our Pyrenean territory and good humour.
Always at the top of their game, our AMMs will accompany you and help to promote the values we hold dear throughout the Pyrenees.
We also took advantage of this time together to work in groups to think about how we can improve for the future!
But that wasn't all: this weekend was also intended to bring together our guides, who had never met before, thus strengthening the bonds within our team. As always at Respyrénées, we made sure that these moments were convivial, reflecting the team spirit that we hold so dear.
Some of them went snowshoeing to discover the Cirque de Troumouse!
Others went ski touring at Pic Rouge de Pailla!
